Commercial Services – Cleaning
The exterior of your property is the first thing that clients, suppliers, and staff see as they arrive. A dirty, stained exterior creates a poor impression. At A.D.S. we will ensure the exteriors of your commercial property have a clean and professional look.
To achieve this we use a combination of detergents, industrial pressure washing systems, and specialty attachments for building facades including brickwork, concrete, cladding and all other hard surfaces and substrates.

Sealing/Waterproofing
In addition to our sealing services, we also offer waterproofing for building exteriors.
We use a clear, breathable, high-performance, water repellent sealer that achieves the highest depth of penetration. This ensures no water issues or penetration through reclaimed, deteriorating, or porous substrates. Our process protects the structure from damage caused by wind-driven rain, helps reduce efflorescence, atmospheric staining, and mildew. Our waterproofing process does not alter surface appearance (see video below).
